No matter the spiritual path you may walk upon, trauma and the need to heal emotional pain can be very real for you. Here's my experience with nonduality and trauma. I finish with a song I just wrote for my son called "Safe Landing". Much love ya'll! firstname.lastname@example.org ps. I just had to get a new phone and was not accustomed to recording with it. I'll work out the kinks!
A beneficial step to take in life, is to do a deep inner inventory. It can help us feel more free. Another benefit, is that it can lead to a greater understanding of your life and its happenings, which helps us carry compassion for ourselves and others. Inner inventory work can also delve and curtail shadow work. Shadow work, according to Carl Jung is the unconscious aspect of the personality which the conscious ego does not identify in itself, or the entirety of the unconscious, i.e., everything of which a person is not fully conscious.
If these grounded and practical spiritual steps are bypassed, it can lead to later troubles in one's life, despite one's spiritual understanding. Be Blessed! The Light Has Come
I've always been a Westerner who loves Christ and loves all the worlds Saints and Great Religions, in particular, Advaita (Nonduality). There's no conflict in the Truth of the world's great religions that I've found, only approaches to know what we are expressed through certain cultures. If you are devoted and one pointed to Love/Truth/God, there is no conflict. There is only a world to forgive and love. Your potential is unlimited. A acoustic take on the Apostles Creed at the end.
Reaching out from St. Timothy Church in Mesa, AZ once again. Speaking from inside the Reliquary about the topic of relieving the suffering of others. Ending with an old recording I found called Treetops. May your heart and mind be filled with Peace. God bless~ email@example.com
I had the opportunity to visit Ramesh Balsekar around 2004 in Mumbai, India. He was a translator of Nisargadatta. Ending with an original song again, "I Am Remembering".
Here are 11 steps centered on the idea, "How best to lay down your life for others".
May you always be blessed!
:) Today I felt to talk about the topic of Narcissism (and just general ego downsides) and how it can be part of spiritual circles and the world in general. With spirituality, we open ourselves up to love, and through this, we can also be vulnerable and/or susceptible to things that can harm us.
May we be blessed and be a blessing to this world. Much love! firstname.lastname@example.org
If we take our thoughts and perception to be what is real, then we are stuck in the world of cause and effect. To see that the world is a result of perception, and that it can change simply by changing our mind, then we enter the realm of that which doesn't change. Which includes miracles. Ending with my rendition of the Lord's Prayer - email@example.com
From my heart to yours, Happy New Year 2019. Wishing you blessings of joy, peace and love. Let your light shine by being exactly what you are.
Merry Christmas. I've been in a 12 step for the last 2 months, talk about its fruits, and a little about Xmas and its meaning. Ending with an original composition, Beautiful Son.
